Warranty, Exchanges & Returns

We carefully select and inspect every piece to ensure quality and durability.

All pieces include a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects, such as faulty clasps or stones that become loose under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

Natural wear over time
Oxidation caused by water, perfume, sweat, or chemicals
Improper use or storage
Scratches or accidental damage

For approved warranty claims, we may offer:

A replacement piece
Repair service
Or store credit, depending on product availability

To keep your jewelry beautiful for longer, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and storing each piece separately.

Exchanges & Returns

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unused and in original condition
Returned with original packaging

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
